The LAUNCH Nurse Trainee Program is a 12- to 14-week paid summer internship for nursing students midway through their program who have completed medical, surgical, and/or pediatric clinical rotations. Participants will complete a four-day orientation, additional clinical orientation to an assigned unit, and work closely with a nurse manager, preceptor, and supervisor to experience pediatric nursing. The program offers two start dates in May 2027 and provides hands-on experience performing tasks typically done by a certified nursing assistant.
