Launch Operations Supervisor

The Launch Operations Supervisor leads a team of hourly employees to implement and execute the Automated Storage and Retrieval System/Warehouse Management System launch at the Burton, Michigan plant. This role coordinates cross‑functional activities, ensures safety and quality, and supports continuous improvement during the transition to production. The position requires flexibility to work across all three shifts and may involve overtime, weekends, and holidays.
