About this role

As a Launch Validation Engineer III, you will lead test planning and execution for new launch programs while serving as the technical interface between Corporate Labs and launch teams. This role involves developing validation requirements, constructing test plans for various engineering phases, and resolving lab failures to ensure product readiness. You will also mentor junior engineers and maintain accurate metrics to drive continuous improvement within the validation engineering group.
