Law Enforcement Lieutenant

This role serves as a state law enforcement officer supervisor within the Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco, focusing on the regulatory enforcement of laws and regulations governing the manufacture, distribution, and sale of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products in Florida. The position involves investigating complex crimes, deterring underage access to restricted products, and ensuring compliance with state statutes. The supervisor will lead a team of approximately 325 personnel across Licensing, Auditing, and Law Enforcement bureaus to fulfill the Division's regulatory obligations statewide.
