Public Counsel
The Special Projects Unit at the Committee for Public Counsel Services is seeking law students for a Spring 2027 internship focused on criminal post-conviction litigation. Interns will assist attorneys with case investigation, document review, legal research, and the preparation of arguments for appellate courts. The role provides training on the Massachusetts criminal court system and opportunities to observe court proceedings.
Public Counsel provides pro bono law for children, families, veterans, students, immigrants, nonprofits and small businesses.
