Layout Support Engineer II

A Layout Support Engineer II at Raytheon’s RF Microelectronics/Module Design & Foundry Services team supports semiconductor foundry operations for RF integrated circuits and MMICs. The role is based onsite in Andover, MA and contributes to preparing designs for photomask delivery and production in the company’s III-V semiconductor fab.
