Layup Team Member

A General Production Worker at Chilliwack (Yarrow) B.C. Canada. Producing between 6,000-10,000 doors daily, this role is pivotal in reaching daily trim targets. All production laborers are responsible for performing various tasks to aid daily operations throughout the door manufacturing process. Basic duties include loading and unloading doors or raw materials, assembling, crafting, and correct movement of doors throughout the process. The Layup Team is responsible for prepping raw materials, feeding, assembling doors and operating cold presses. As part of the Layup Team – each member is expected to rotate between all Layup functions for cross-coverage reasons.
