About this role

The Learning and Development Expert will lead a 3‑month, project-based engagement to design and deploy strategic learning and people development initiatives at Amanotes. The role focuses on implementing the 2026 Performance Management Program, building a performance management platform, and creating a leadership framework. It also involves translating strategy into practical learning journeys, materials, and change management plans to support adoption. The expert will collaborate closely with the Head of People & Culture and cross-functional stakeholders to build foundational people systems for Amanotes’ next growth phase.
