L&D Facilitation Officer - Learning & Development

The L&D Facilitation Officer delivers engaging, learner-centered training experiences to build employee knowledge, skills, and capabilities across instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning programs. This role partners with learners, leaders, and subject-matter experts to align training with organizational goals and drive skill development and behavior change. The position requires facilitating interactive learning environments, gathering feedback to enhance the learning experience, and supporting continuous learning across the organization.
