About this role
The Labor & Delivery RN provides compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in a hospital labor and delivery unit, guided by NorthBay’s nursing practice model and Jean Watson’s Theory of Caring. This role supports maternal and neonatal care within an acute care setting and requires prior acute care experience. The position is scheduled as three 12-hour shifts per week.
