About this role

As an L&D Specialist at BJAK, you will design and execute employee engagement, learning, and culture programs to improve connection and capability across the organization. This hands-on role involves managing company-wide calendars, coordinating diverse training initiatives, and embedding corporate values through onboarding sessions and daily practices. You will partner with People Ops to measure program impact and continuously refine initiatives for maximum effectiveness.

Responsibilities

Design and execute end-to-end employee engagement and learning programs
Manage company-wide event calendars including townhalls and onboarding sessions
