LDC Data Business Manager - Operations

This role supports Novartis’ ambition to turn data into a strategic asset by advancing the Operations Data Domain and enabling the company’s digital transformation. The position partners with the Enterprise Data Owner and cross-functional teams to establish data capabilities, governance, and operating models within the LDC scope. It focuses on driving adoption of FAIR data principles and improving data-driven decision making across the organization.
