The Lead 2nd Assistant Manager assists the Store Manager in maximizing sales results across sales, merchandising, and operations. This role focuses on maintaining personal sales performance while training and directing the team to deliver exceptional customer service. The position also involves executing product direction, managing store operations, and ensuring store execution audits are completed.
