About this role

The Lead Accountant owns a meaningful piece of the growth story from the accounting side, producing accurate and timely financial statements, including point-of-sale reconciliations, insurance accounting, and accruals. This role reports to the Manager, General Accounting and works closely with the broader Accounting team, Systems, Risk, Technology, and site and corporate leaders across the venues they support. The position is ideal for someone seeking early career ownership, the ability to run a close process independently, and the opportunity to leverage AI for process efficiencies.

Responsibilities

Produce accurate financial statements and manage monthly and annual close processes
Reconcile general ledger and point-of-sale variances across multiple entities
Prepare insurance accruals and balance sheet reconciliations for assigned venues
