Lead Actuary

The Lead Actuary on the Life Reinsurance team supports Lincoln’s traditional and complex reinsurance initiatives across Life Solutions by combining Life product expertise with reinsurance structuring and analytics. The role involves managing existing inforce arrangements, executing new reinsurance solutions, and partnering with external reinsurers and internal stakeholders to develop cost-effective programs. This position requires strong actuarial credentials, proficiency in analytical tools, and deep knowledge of life products and reinsurance business.
