Lead Administrative Support

This role supervises and directs administrative support staff within the Facilities Management department, overseeing daily work activities, employee schedules, and performance evaluations. The position serves as a liaison between the department and various internal and external stakeholders while managing human resources, payroll, and budget documentation. It also involves providing comprehensive administrative and customer service support, processing purchasing and financial records, and maintaining departmental webpages and meeting materials.
