Lead Aerial Lineman

The Lead Aerial Lineman directs crews in the safe and efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of fiber lines and systems, including drops and pole transfers. This role serves as the primary supervisor for field leads and foremen, coordinating aerial projects and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. The position also involves training OSP employees, managing employee performance goals, and collaborating with other departments to improve processes.
