Lead, Agrifoods Systems - WAEMU

The Lead, Agrifoods Systems supports the building of impactful country programs by setting direction and engaging partners throughout the design and implementation of the WAEMU Roadmap and Agrifood priorities. This role provides expertise to identify constraints preventing agrifoods systems from functioning effectively and incorporates the agricultural sector's needs into country strategies. The position involves leading and supervising teams of colleagues and junior experts while managing current programs and distilling learnings for staff.
