Lead AI Engineer (AI Foundations, LLM Core and Agentic AI)

A Lead AI Engineer on the Intelligent Foundations and Experiences team will build and advance Capital One’s foundational AI systems and platforms that power large language models and agentic AI capabilities across the company. The role focuses on designing and delivering scalable, responsible AI infrastructure and production-grade model components to support products that serve millions of customers. This position contributes to the technical vision and long-term roadmap for foundational AI at Capital One.
