About this role

The Lead AI Engineer will own the end-to-end architecture and development of the company's data layer, agentic workflows, and early-stage products, transitioning them from a founder-built prototype to a scalable, maintained codebase. This role involves auditing existing systems, designing data pipelines, and building reliable internal AI tooling to support the agency's operations and client success. The engineer will serve as the technical counterpart to the founder, setting engineering standards and driving product decisions.

Responsibilities

Audit and rebuild the existing codebase to establish clear standards and guidelines
Design and implement data pipelines for ingestion, modeling, and storage in Supabase
Build and maintain agentic AI workflows for diagnostics, reporting, and internal operations
