About this role

As an AI Learning Consultant at SimCorp, you will join a newly formed AI Enablement team to design and lead organization-wide AI literacy programs. You will create role-relevant learning experiences, develop prompt guides and workflow toolkits for tools like Microsoft Copilot, and manage communities of practice to drive enterprise-wide AI adoption. This role bridges technical AI concepts with organizational learning strategies to transform employees from executives to applied practitioners.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver role-relevant AI learning programs across all functions
Develop and maintain libraries of prompt guides and use-case templates
Facilitate onboarding sessions and workshops for emerging AI tools
Manage communities of practice to embed AI habits organizationally
Measure learning effectiveness through adoption data and feedback
