Lead Aircraft Controller

The Lead Aircraft Controller coordinates, authorizes, and reports on all flight and ground test preparation activities for assigned flight test vehicles. This role ensures maintenance, modification, instrumentation, and system readiness activities are planned and completed to support safe and efficient flight test operations. The position involves close collaboration with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams to maintain aircraft readiness and resolve discrepancies.
