The Lead Analysis & Simulation Engineer will establish and grow an Analysis & Simulation program, leading a team to define and implement simulation methods and tools that support new product development. The role focuses on applying multiphysics simulation (thermal, mechanical, electromagnetic) and integrating results with physical testing to validate and improve power distribution product designs. This position partners with design, testing, manufacturing, and product management to translate simulation insights into actionable engineering outcomes.
