About this role

The Lead Anesthesia Technician supports licensed anesthesia providers by preparing, maintaining, and troubleshooting anesthesia equipment and supplies for routine and complex surgical cases. This role coordinates the technical anesthesia staff, manages inventory, ensures safety and cost‑effectiveness, and assists with patient assessment, positioning, and airway management.

Responsibilities

Direct ordering of anesthesia supplies and medications
Maintain and troubleshoot anesthesia delivery systems
Supervise and schedule anesthesia technical staff
Prepare and clean anesthesia equipment between cases
Assist with regional anesthesia and emergency procedures
