Lead Application Security Engineer

The Lead Application Security Engineer will join Brunswick's Information Security team to shape how the firm embeds security into application design, development, and deployment. This senior individual contributor role focuses on providing risk-based security advice and assurance across internally developed applications, enterprise platforms, and cloud services. The position involves defining practical security standards, guardrails, and secure design patterns to enable delivery teams to move at pace while managing risk appropriately.
