The AI Solutions Lead / AI (Associate) Architect role involves architecting, governing, and growing the AI delivery practice across GenAI, Agentic AI, and applied ML engagements. This hybrid position requires setting technical direction for a growing team while leading solutions for multiple delivery pods in partnership with engineering and leadership. Responsibilities

Architect and govern AI delivery practices across GenAI and Agentic AI engagements
Lead solution design for multi-agent systems with planning, tool use, and memory
Establish evaluation frameworks and safety guardrails for generative systems
Mentor AI engineers and set technical hiring and review standards
Drive enterprise deployment best practices across cloud, on-prem, and edge environments
