Lead Associate Environmental Services

The Lead Associate Environmental Services performs cleaning and disinfection duties to maintain sanitary and orderly conditions in patient care, ancillary, and public areas. This role assumes charge responsibilities in the absence of the Supervisor and ensures patient and staff safety by following established precautions and reporting potential hazards. The position also involves assisting with departmental operations, training new employees, and participating in performance improvement initiatives.
