Lead Associate, Stakeholder Relations - Central Region

The Lead Associate, Stakeholder Relations supports the development and execution of AES' regional stakeholder engagement strategy and its national strategy for energy campuses and powered land. The role leads engagement for an assigned portfolio of renewable energy projects across MISO, SPP, and ERCOT, while supporting a national portfolio of multi-technology energy campuses and powered land opportunities. This position involves building trust with host communities, securing the company's social license to operate, and fostering innovative partnerships for responsible infrastructure development.
