The Lead AV Installation Technician oversees deployment and maintenance of audiovisual and telepresence systems across client sites and serves as a technical escalation point. The role leads installation teams, ensures system performance and adherence to service level agreements, and manages post-installation testing and reporting. The position requires significant travel (up to 70%) and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
