About this role
The Lead Automation Engineer on Target's Innovation team leads the scoping, testing and implementation of supply chain automation projects to improve speed and accuracy across operations. The role partners with internal teams and external suppliers to develop concepts, validate technologies, support system activation and drive production-ready engineering deliverables. This position reports to the Director of Engineering and Automation and mentors junior engineers.
