Lead Avionics Manufacturing Engineer

Northwood Space is seeking a Lead Avionics Manufacturing Engineer to lead the manufacturing engineering team responsible for avionics production processes, from SMT assembly through final box build. This role involves developing manufacturing standards, processes, and equipment to build reliable avionics hardware at increasing production volumes while collaborating with cross-functional teams to transition designs into repeatable manufacturing processes. The position focuses on continuous improvement, new product introduction, and mentoring engineering staff to ensure high-quality hardware production.
