About this role

The Lead Engineer for the Calendar AI Team will own the architecture and delivery of an AI-first scheduling and booking intelligence layer for HighLevel’s universal Calendars & Availability Platform. The role focuses on building AI systems that assist users with setup, configuration, and optimization of booking workflows, ultimately evolving into a fully AI-driven scheduling engine. This position is deeply technical, requiring strong AI engineering and system design capabilities as well as expertise in scheduling domain logic. The engineer will also help grow and mentor the AI team and shape the long-term roadmap for calendar-related AI.
