Lead Bartender

The Lead Bartender delivers exceptional bar service to members and guests while supporting daily beverage operations across the clubhouse, events, and pool service. This role sets the tone for hospitality behind the bar, maintains beverage quality and consistency, and assists with training, scheduling, and beverage cost controls. The position works closely with management to ensure the beverage program aligns with the club’s standards for service, presentation, and member experience.
