Lead Benefits Specialist

The Lead Benefits Specialist oversees and delivers benefits programs for employees across the United States and Canada, acting as the primary contact for day-to-day benefits operations. The role ensures compliant and seamless benefits experiences throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and leaves of absence. This position partners closely with Benefits & Wellness, People & Culture, HRIS, payroll, and external vendors to maintain data integrity and operational excellence. It also contributes to the evolution of a people-first benefits strategy and supports the implementation of new programs and vendor transitions.
