Lead Brewer

The Lead Brewer oversees the entire beer-making process, from raw material handling and brew day operations to fermentation, cellaring, and packaging, ensuring all quality standards are met. This role serves as the primary point person at either the Cook St. or Glendoveer brewery, leading day-to-day operations and maintaining equipment and facilities. The position requires close collaboration with the Director of Brewing Operations and other teams to manage inventory, logistics, and safety compliance.
