Lead Business Consultant

The Lead Business Consultant serves as a strategic and technical subject matter expert supporting Individual & Family Market health insurance products through benefit configuration, document generation, regulatory filing support, and operational implementation activities. This role partners closely with Product, Compliance, Regulatory, Operations, Technology teams, and external vendors to evaluate the impact of benefit and plan design changes, translate business requirements into system and document updates, and ensure accurate member-facing materials and filings are produced in compliance with state and federal regulations. The position provides leadership for complex cross-functional initiatives, including platform enhancements, system upgrades, and document generation solutions, while driving alignment across stakeholders and vendors.
