Lead - Business Controls Testing

The Lead - Business Controls Testing role drives the design, delivery, and scale-up of control assurance and resilience testing across business processes linked to Critical and Important Business Services (CIBS) and Critical and Important Functional Services (CIFS). This position ensures risk-led, consistently executed testing aligned with evolving regulatory expectations, while standardizing methodologies and improving reporting transparency. The role combines hands-on execution with ownership of the testing lifecycle, data quality uplift, and automation to enhance the assurance model's efficiency and scalability.
