About this role

The Lead Business Systems Analyst will drive the implementation and support of Epic Beaker CP and AP modules, working closely with laboratory leadership, pathologists, and IT teams to translate requirements into system specifications and optimized workflows. The role includes system testing, validation, documentation, and post‑go‑live support while ensuring compliance with HIPAA, CAP, CLIA, and other regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

Lead implementation of Epic Beaker CP and AP modules
Design and optimize laboratory workflows for specimen processing and reporting
Provide go-live and post-implementation support including issue resolution
