Lead - Carvel Route Sales

The Route Sales Lead performs the duties of a Route Sales Representative while supporting and training the route sales team to ensure excellent customer service and effective product merchandising at supermarket accounts. This role is responsible for direct store delivery, sales volume growth, and maintaining strong relationships with both internal teams and chain operations personnel. The position also involves participating in talent acquisition, onboarding, and ensuring safety compliance within DSD operations.
