Lead Case Manager- PA Caminos

The Lead Case Manager provides effective leadership and management upholding Everstand's Trauma Informed Care Culture for clients, families, and staff in the Caminos program. This role ensures program fidelity, coordinates case management services, and oversees a team of Case Managers to support unaccompanied alien children through aligning care with ORR policy and procedures. The position involves supervising staffing, developing therapeutic programming, and maintaining consistent communication across interdisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
