Lead Case Manager

The Lead Case Manager serves as the primary resource for Workforce Case Managers, providing guidance on case management practices, participant documentation, and job readiness assessments. This role supports the Manager of Workforce Development with daily workflow, program coordination, and direct case management for an assigned pool of participants. The position also involves leading the GWGL Youth Program, facilitating employee training initiatives, and collaborating across departments to ensure effective case management and operational support.
