Lead CECL and IFRS 9 Provisioning Framework

The role leads the end‑to‑end impairment provisioning process under CECL and IFRS 9, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness for IPO and financial reporting. It works closely with finance, risk, IT, and modeling teams to maintain a data‑driven, COSO‑compliant framework and supports disclosures and narratives for senior management and regulators.
