Lead Child Protection Practitioner (INTERNAL APPLICANTS ONLY)

This role involves championing excellent practice and supporting innovation within the Multi-Agency Child Protection Team to deliver outstanding children's social care services. The position is pivotal in the 'Families First' reform, bringing together social care, health, police, and education to keep children safe and families strong. The Lead Child Protection Practitioner will lead multi-agency decision-making and ensure shared accountability for child protection thresholds.
