Lead Child Protection Practitioner

The Lead Child Protection Practitioner will lead high-quality, child-centred safeguarding practice within Multi-Agency Safety Teams, delivering timely and analytical investigations and planning for children and families. The role involves working collaboratively with internal and external partners to champion safety, build resilience, and support sustainable family change. This position requires a registered social worker with strong knowledge of safeguarding legislation and a commitment to relational, strengths-based practice.
