Lead Civil Owner’s Engineer – Renewables

Ulteig is seeking a Lead Civil Owner’s Engineer to act as an independent reviewer for civil and structural designs on utility‑scale renewable energy projects, overseeing design reviews, risk assessments, and constructability across solar, wind, and battery storage developments. The role provides technical leadership, ensures code and permit compliance, and mentors junior engineers while supporting permitting and client interactions.
