Lead Classroom Assistant

The Lead Classroom Assistant provides case management for two students, designing and implementing programming based on individualized education plan (IEP) goals. In collaboration with the Head Teacher, the role involves assisting with assessments, ensuring accurate data collection, training new staff, and maintaining a supportive classroom environment. The position also includes supporting families through weekly home parent training sessions.
