Responsible for strategic and operational oversight of investigational site management and monitoring activities across assigned clinical studies or programs. Ensures clinical trials are conducted with high quality, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency while partnering with internal stakeholders and external CROs. Acts as the sponsor primary contact for sites, builds relationships with investigators and KOLs, and represents site needs in cross-functional initiatives.
