Lead Clinician

The Lead Clinician conducts mental health assessments and provides ongoing individual and group counseling for unaccompanied children in the Refugio program. This role involves coordinating clinical services, training new clinicians, and supervising clinical staff to support the mental well-being of young persons in immigration custody. The position requires utilizing trauma theory and therapeutic techniques during the children's stay to facilitate their care and potential release to sponsors.
