Lead, coach, and develop a team of capacity program managers

This role leads and develops a team of capacity program managers to oversee UAT, service availability, and strategic growth initiatives. The position drives end-to-end capacity planning, prioritization, and allocation governance while partnering with Engineering, Finance, and Field teams to align capacity with business impact. It involves shaping capacity relocation strategies, managing future capacity reservations, and developing enablement resources to support customer and field capacity conversations.
