A Commissioning Planning & Leadership expert drives the execution of instrumentation and control systems commissioning on FPSO topsides within the Oil & Gas sector. The role involves developing detailed execution plans, managing risk assessments, liaising with vendors, and supervising engineering teams to ensure safe system handover. This position requires extensive experience in FPSO projects and proficiency with Completion Management Systems to deliver projects on schedule and to specification.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage commissioning execution plans for instrumentation and control systems
Define subsystem boundaries and validate instrument loop drawings for FPSO topsides
Prepare and endorse commissioning procedures, method statements, and risk assessments
Supervise and mentor engineering teams during functional testing of safety systems
Oversee subsystem completion, joint inspections, and punch list closure for handover
